We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was ideal, situated in the quaint La Sabana Norte neighborhood. We loved that it was close to some shops and just a short drive away from the airport. It made our travels so much easier. Secondly, the service provided by the hotel was top-notch. From the room service to the dry cleaning and housekeeping, everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Additionally, we were impressed by the range of amenities offered. The hotel had a grocery shopping service, shops, and commercial services, as well as laundry facilities. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay without worrying about anything.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially John at reception, was courteous, English proficient, and knowledgeable. The price was good, and the security was outstanding. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed, bathroom, clothes closet, and coffee maker. The hotel's location was very good for our needs, in the nice modern area of the quaint La Sabana Norte neighborhood, and relatively close to the airport. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was great and included in the price. There were also many great restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for a few nights and loved it! This place is conveniently located close to shops, the stadium, and the airport, making it a great spot for travelers. The staff is friendly and room service was prompt. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable amenities, including the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a nice touch, too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in San Jose. The newly refurbished building and the nice pool created a relaxing atmosphere. The location was also great, near Sabana Park and a 30-minute walk to the city center. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Everything was spectacular. Friendly staff, seamless check-in, clean accommodations, comfortable bed, reminiscent of home.

As foreign tourists, we loved the hotel's impeccable service, very comfortable bed, and good hot water shower. The nearby restaurants, especially Furca, were a great bonus. The toiletries by Neutrogena were impressive, and the gym was a great addition. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and there were good options for dinner if we didn't feel like going out. it was a great experience!

The room climate control had motion sensors, which was frustrating as the AC would turn off when you weren't moving around. The construction noise and odd buzzing in the room were also major issues.

The view from our room was breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sight of the beautiful national stadium and the vibrant park across the street. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the friendly staff, especially Michael and Oscar, provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, with numerous restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. Despite a minor issue with the weather preventing us from enjoying the pool, our overall experience at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Costa Rica.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden, the location was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the great view from our window. The Supermarket, McDonald's, Starbucks, and restaurants nearby were very convenient. we would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast included with the room was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The room was very comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, in a wonderful location directly across from the beautiful national stadium and the completely rejuvenated park in the quaint La Sabana Norte neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and the Fresh Market directly across the street. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in 2 rooms over the course of my 2 day stay so the gentleman bellhop that helped me with my luggage 3 times in total was very nice and I found both ladies who were maid service staff for both of my rooms to be very sweet and patient and helpful. My stay was over the New Years and although it was very busy at the hotel everything was very smooth with my transition from room to room and the service overall was excellent. I decided to partake in the New Years Eve festivities at the very last minute and there was no problem with doing so and the party was fabulous with a very nice buffet and Carnival type dancers, a DJ and was a very nice celebration I was glad to have joined in on.
