The luxurious amenities at this hotel met all my exclusive needs. the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a tranquil escape. the room's exclusive advantages offered a comfortable and opulent stay. In, room breakfast was served with exceptional quality, and the bar area was top, notch.

While the hotel's location provides stunning mountain, side views, it's a bit distant from downtown. Aside from this minor issue, the private facilities were top, notch, and the service was impeccable.

During my Christmas stay, two complementary facts stood out: the room was clean and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. Plus, the hotel's location was very convenient for my travels and made it easy to get around. the nearby transportation was a huge plus for me. Lastly, I enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi while on holiday which made it easy to stay connected.

The hotel was quite far away from the city center so getting to and from the hotel was an inconvenience. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negative aspects detracted from my holiday experience.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a park and stadium nearby, perfect for leisure activities. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay a real joy. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, providing one of the best sleeps I've had in years. The gym, pool, and spa are well-appointed and not crowded at all, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The Cloud restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast and dinner selection, with a wide variety of choices and delicious food.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton San Jose. The location was great and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were nice and clean, and the gym was well-equipped. The valet parking service was friendly and efficient. The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing, being the tallest building in Costa Rica. We were also pleased to find that parking was free, contrary to older reviews. The bar was a highlight, with a great atmosphere. Though we didn't use it, the pool looked inviting.

. The air-conditioning in the room was poor, and the fan of the AC was quite loud.
