This place was a great find! The staff here are fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The morning I left, the guy at reception even suggested I grab a bite to eat at their delicious breakfast buffet before heading to the airport. The selection was amazing, especially the warm and tasty waffles. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with sheets that felt like a warm hug. And I can't forget to mention the excellent shower that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The air conditioner in my room was a bit noisy, so I had to turn it off while I slept. But with the pleasant temperature outside, it wasn't a problem at all.

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent location of the hotel. It was close to restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket, making it convenient for us to explore and try different local cuisines. The surrounding area had a vibrant atmosphere, with small restaurants and shops right in front of the hotel. We also appreciated the beautiful mini-market across the street, where we could find unique items. The hotel was also only a short 20-minute drive from a fantastic mall, Multiplazas, offering us great shopping opportunities.

After traveling the country for almost 3 weeks, staying at Holiday Inn Express in San Jose was just what we needed. The staff were friendly and put in a lot of effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The bed was HUGE and firm. We got a wonderful night's sleep before catching our flight the next day. Would definitely rebook and recommend.
