Great location in the heart of downtown! Room was comfy and offered a nice view of the city. Loved the free walking tour right outside. it was the perfect start to my day!

However, the decor felt stuck in the '90s—talk about a fashion faux pas! And the shower? A gentle trickle, darling. I almost needed a bucket!

Stayed in a Standard Double Room with City View. Great amenities like a comfy toilet and cots for extra comfort. The fitness center was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Plus, the views of the city from the higher floors were stunning!

The friendly staff genuinely catered to our needs, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful mix of local and international options. The restaurant's view of the surrounding park was an unexpected bonus.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The Standard Room with King Bed was clean and comfortable, making my time in San Jose just wonderful. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fact that a free walking tour started right outside the hotel was a delightful surprise!

We love the central location, making it easy to visit the National Museum of Costa Rica and enjoy the nearby Teatro Nacional. The room is spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are perfect for our family.

The air conditioning can be a bit noisy at times.

I appreciated the convenient location near museums and cultural sites. The staff made me feel welcome and helped with tips on local cuisine. During my stay, I encountered a strange situation when I requested to play a piano for a special occasion. Unfortunately, that request was denied without a clear reason. It added an unexpected twist to my experience, but I found the overall atmosphere relaxing. I enjoyed the local sights, and my room had a nice view.

had a lovely upgrade to a club room with great service. breakfast on the 17th floor was splendid with amazing views. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the central location is perfect for restaurants and shops.

The room was a mixed bag. I loved the comfy bed and the amazing city view from the window. But there was a weird smell coming from the air conditioner, which was pretty loud too. Overall, it was clean, but just felt a bit dated. Awesome breakfast selections and the location was perfect for exploring, but the room needs some love.

Had a great meal at the downstairs restaurant it was very good and the staff were accommodating. I loved that the location was close to the center, made getting around easy even in a new place.

This was just a solid selection for a two-day stay in San Jose with good value for money. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, which helped us recharge after long sightseeing days. Check out the local cafes just a few steps outside for some great meals.

The staff here was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room had a nice view and was clean. Breakfast options were decent, but got a bit crowded in the upstairs dining area. The wait during check-in was pretty frustrating, though, took longer than expected. Still, I had a good time overall.
