I stayed at Hostel del Paseo for a few nights while visiting a dentist in San Juan. The location turned out to be great, with no traffic noise at all. The hostel was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The 24-hour staff was always friendly and helpful. I loved the free amenities like ping pong and billiards, and the lounge area with a TV had plenty of entertainment options. The small kitchen and fridge allowed for cooking, which was convenient. I had a really enjoyable stay.

We stayed in a dorm room at Del Paseo. It felt like a private room as we had it all to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and the room had many useful amenities like bed lamps, lockers under the bed, towels, and hangers. We arrived late but were still able to check in. The staff at both the reception and breakfast were very friendly. The location is convenient, not too far from the center. On the top floor, there is a comfortable seating area with a couch and a big TV with Netflix and YouTube.

Helpful staff, quick responses, organized shuttle service, fast check-in, friendly night guard, nice short stay.

Welcoming and helpful staff who can assist with organizing your stay. Comfortable beds and provided lockers for security. New facilities, including a cafeteria with reasonably priced breakfast and lunch options. Access to a kitchen, pool, and ping pong table on the 5th floor. Close proximity to a grocery store and affordable food court. Easy access to the hostel from the airport via local bus or cheap shuttle bus.

I stayed at Hotel Del Paseo for one night before catching an early morning flight. The dorm room felt like a private room since I was the only one there. The beds were comfortable and there were many useful details like bedlamps, individual lockers, and provided towels. Despite arriving late, I was still able to check-in. The room was clean, spacious, and modern with AC. The bathroom had a warm shower and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I never wanted to leave it. The staff was exceptional, remembering everyone's names and making us feel at home. They were also extremely helpful, providing quick responses to any questions we had. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which was fantastic. Its location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to downtown and there was a supermarket right across the street. I was truly impressed by how quickly they responded to emails. I will definitely be staying here again.

Comfy beds and modern rooms were the best aspects of this hotel. the beds were so comfortable that I returned for a second stay. the rooms looked very modern and clean, and the showers had warm water. the reception staff were really helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Another advantage was the location. the hotel was easily accessible and close to the central market and bus stop. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket and several fast food joints.

I disliked the old and uncozy feeling of the building. It didn't feel very welcoming or inviting.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, a gas station, and the center of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially the girls who worked the 7 am shift. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The rooms were spacious and modern, with ensuite bathrooms. Everything was very clean, and each bed had its own light, shelf, electronic sockets, and hangers. The hotel was also secure, with a locked front door that required a pin code for entry. We were provided with keys and padlocks for the lockers, and towels and soap were provided as well. Furthermore, this hotel was very affordable compared to other options in the area.
