We got great value for our money at Brisas Arenal. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect - quiet and away from the busy streets, yet close enough to explore the area. The staff treated us with compassion and intelligence, going out of their way to help us with transportation, tours, and restaurant recommendations.

Breakfast delights could have been better if there were more options to choose from.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at a hotel in a quiet and peaceful location. Our room had a romantic ambiance with a stunning view of the nearby volcano. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. the location was ideal, surrounded by nature and close to attractions such as La Fortuna waterfall and the Arenal Volcano national park. It was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. there were not enough hooks in the room to hang our belongings.

Beautiful resort owned by a friendly family. Grounds have various fruit trees and a nature walk. Bungalows with volcano views. Clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. Good breakfast and WiFi.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully landscaped in a rural rainforest setting. The view of Arenal volcano is spectacular. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in an open-air patio with birds and plants around is a delightful way to start the day.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs and pancakes. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the volcano from our front porch. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was not ideal as it was a 30-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the road was rocky. the hotel lacked proper reception service, leaving us stranded in the dark when we needed assistance.

The property grounds were beautifully manicured and well-maintained. the breakfast in the morning was good, with a variety of dishes to choose from. I also enjoyed the nice little hiking trail through the forest at the back of the property.

There were issues with ants finding any food left out, so it's important to be cautious with that. the road leading up to the hotel was quite bumpy, which can be a bit inconvenient.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was comfortable and had a nice corner bathtub to relax in after a long hike. The location was perfect for us, away from the busy touristy area of La Fortuna, and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of birds and even howler monkeys! The staff at Brisas Arenal were compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied, as it lacked some options.

Brisas Arenal was a hidden gem! I was amazed by the breathtaking view of the volcano and surrounding natural beauty. The homemade breakfast was delicious and filling. The personal jacuzzi was a perfect way to relax in the beautiful grounds. If I ever return to this area, I would definitely book Brisas Arenal again without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel!

The resort is family-owned and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with various fruit trees and a nature walk. The bungalow had a great view of the volcano and a nice sitting porch. The room was spacious and well decorated, with a relaxing jacuzzi. The staff also assisted in organizing activities and provided a special breakfast for our early morning tour.

All was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Brisas Arenal! the suite with a bathtub was luxurious and seemed brand new. the room had beautiful dark wood floors and a stunning bathroom. Everything was clean and the climate control worked well. We especially loved the huge windows near the bathtub, offering a breathtaking view of the forest. the breakfast choices were fantastic, with options like pancakes, a typical breakfast, and eggs with toast. the owners were incredibly helpful and Mathilda, the friendly green parrot, made our stay even more memorable. the small pool was perfect for cooling down in the heat. We also loved how close we were to both La Fortuna and the Catarata.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for the money was great, and the room was very comfortable with breathtaking views of Arenal. The location was perfect, just outside of downtown but still close enough to reach restaurants, stores, and attractions within a few minutes' drive. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

stayed at a different hotel in la fortuna before but brisas arenal was AMAZING. large room for 5 of us, beautiful view, friendly staff, great breakfast. highly recommend!
