We had a wonderful stay at Castillo Del. the hotel's location was breathtaking, with every room offering a view of the magnificent Arenal volcano and surrounding natural beauty. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the meals at the on-site restaurant were delicious and well-presented. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the stunning views. the daily housekeeping service was excellent, and we loved the special touch of the character-folded towels decorated with flowers. We also appreciated the convenience of the mini-fridge and coffee maker in our room.

We had a fantastic time at Castillo Del! Our one-night stay was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The helpful staff, including Eduardo and Jose Andres, went above and beyond to assist us with arranging activities and recommending hidden gems like the amazing free hot springs nearby. The food at the restaurant was superb, and the view of the volcano from our room was simply breathtaking. The abundance of wildlife around the hotel added to the charm of this beautiful spot. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast with amazing sunrise views was fantastic. The restaurant had a great dinner and drink menu, with a wonderful atmosphere. The location was convenient, being close to Mystico, free natural hot springs, and the National Park entrance. this was a beautiful and relaxing place that we would definitely return to.
