We stayed at Coco Palms for a week and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and the lively beach promenade with its restaurants and bars. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious Junior Suite with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and trees. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the on-site market was convenient for our family. The hotel also arranged great fishing and snorkeling experiences for us. Thank you, John, Savannah, and the rest of the staff!

My family and I stayed at Coco Palms for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The pool was always fresh and inviting, the convenience store being open 24/7 was a lifesaver, and the restaurant had absolutely delicious food. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a security guard at night put our minds at ease. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and we can't wait to stay here again on our next visit.

The friendly staff even went above and beyond when our A/C failed, allowing us to sleep in a different room without any hassle. The traditional Costa Rican breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and satisfying. With its prime location just a block away from the beach and the main street, we had easy access to everything we needed. The hotel also had a 24-hour store, which was very convenient. I highly recommend staying at this comfortable hotel for a pleasant beach getaway.
