The location is beautiful, with amazing views from the private terrace. the staff, most of whom are from the family, were very friendly and accommodating. the room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was freshly made to order. the highlight of our stay was the birding tour with Achneil, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us spot Quetzals. the waterfall, just a one-hour walk away, was also a must-see with its safe railings and steel-bridges.

We traveled with our pet Pug and De Montana Suria exceeded our expectations in terms of pet-friendliness. the hotel's location was perfect for hiking, with trails starting nearby. the staff at this quaint, private hotel were super friendly and the surroundings were stunning, with beautifully cared for gardens and breathtaking mountain views. the clean and spacious rooms, along with the peaceful communal areas, made for a truly comfortable stay. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hotel De Montana Suria for a few nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a stunning natural setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, as well as the cozy fire pit. Additionally, it was great that the hotel is pet-friendly.

The kitchen staff surprised us with gluten-free options, and the heaters and warm blankets kept us cozy on a chilly night. The spotless rooms and beautiful grounds were perfect for birdwatching. We loved the helpful staff, amazing food, and stunning atmosphere.

We had the BEST stay here! The rooms were good, the food was AMAZING, and the staff acted like this was a five star resort. The hotel itself had lush gardens that attracted lots of birds, including hummingbirds. Our room was very comfortable and the common areas were beautifully maintained. The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and caring from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The location provided extra privacy while still being within walking distance of nature trails and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We couldn't ask for more!

The cabins were spacious and cozy, equipped with heaters and extra blankets to keep me warm on chilly nights. The restaurant was a cozy haven with large windows, offering stunning garden views and a comforting fireplace. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and they organized fantastic trips like the Quetzal tour and horseback riding, both of which I highly recommend. There was even a nearby hiking trail leading to beautiful waterfalls. It was truly the best stay of my Costa Rica trip, with a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and hospitality.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel De Montana Suria. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice shelf to put our things. The location was perfect, with a short walk to a beautiful trail that led to a breathtaking waterfall. The staff, especially Jason at the front desk, were exceptional. He was attentive, made dinner reservations for us, and was incredibly helpful and nice. I can't wait to stay here again.

The restaurant offers delicious food, particularly the locally caught Trout. The prices are reasonable and the location is perfect for exploring the nearby river trails.
