This hotel is located right in Montezuma's "downtown", making it very convenient to explore the town. The service provided by the staff was great, they were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We especially loved the amazing view to the sea from our room and the very comfortable bed which made for a great night's sleep. Also, breakfast offered was filling and delicious.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. We loved being able to step out of the hotel and have restaurants, bars, and shops just a few steps away. the beach was also very close, just a short stroll from the hotel. Another great aspect was the pool, it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.

That our room was quite basic and didn't have a safe to store our belongings. It would have been nice to have that peace of mind.

loved the location and hospitality of mariel and tatiana. they moved us to a cooler room by the pool and the grounds are beautiful. close to town and the beach, perfect for exploring. pool is a must in montezuma.

I had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel with helpful service. The hotel staff assisted me in arranging a snorkeling trip to Tortuga Island and guided me to the beautiful Montezuma Waterfall. The pool was a refreshing escape from the heat, and I even spotted monkeys in the nearby forest. The room had a lovely outdoor patio with a hammock and pool view. I highly recommend this hotel.

Plenty of space in the room, great shower with hot water, access to outstanding pool area with jacuzzi/small pool and waterfall, friendly front office staff providing top tier customer service, convenient location close to town within walking distance to everything in the village.

We had a great solo-travel experience at this central hotel. It was close to everything downtown with many restaurants and shops nearby. The beautiful pool surrounded by lush gardens was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The spacious rooms were clean, well-maintained, with good air conditioning and hot water. The friendly staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. There were many birdwatching opportunities on site, and we even saw monkeys. The free bubbler water from the office was a plus, and Ivannia was very helpful with directions and much more.

The soundproofing was not very effective on some of the rooms, which made it a bit noisy at times.

The pool area was fantastic, with ample seating and sun/shade options. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The location was central and convenient, close to the beach, bus stop, and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated the coffee and breakfast options. I highly recommend this hotel for a satisfying stay.

our recent stay in montezuma was fantastic. el jardin exceeded our expectations during this christmas party. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our requests. the property was clean and gorgeous, and the location right next to the best restaurants and shops, with a short walk to the beach, was perfect.

We loved the stunning sunrise and beautiful gardens at Hotel El Jardin. The pools were comfortable and well-maintained, and it was great having air conditioning and a fridge in the room. The location was amazing, with the town and beach within walking distance. The friendly staff helped us book transportation for our next trip. it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The noise at night was unbearable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of amenities in the room was also disappointing, as there was no way to prepare any food or drinks.
