This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance to the village, making it easy to explore the local restaurants and attractions. Also, I loved the fact that the hotel had its own parking area, making it very convenient for guests with cars. Secondly, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always helpful and had a wealth of knowledge about the area, which helped us plan our activities. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

This hotel is located so close to everything you need to do in Monteverde. It's just outside of town on the way in from the highway, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with great water pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious and there are even facilities like a swimming pool and a fridge to keep your belongings safe.

There is no fan or AC in the rooms, but the cool climate in Monteverde makes it bearable.

I had the most amazing experience at a hidden gem in Costa Rica. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family. The owner, Nidia, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room I stayed in was spacious, quiet, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking a ravine. I even had the opportunity to see white-faced monkeys and coati mundis up close during breakfast, as the kitchen staff would feed them right on the property. Speaking of breakfast, it was a delicious homemade spread that was a refreshing change from the typical buffet-style offerings. The bathroom was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the hospitality of Nidia and the entire staff will always be cherished. I absolutely loved my stay at this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it.

Although the hotel is a bit outside the main town area, it actually worked out perfectly for me as I preferred a quieter location. However, for those who may have difficulty navigating hills, the ten-minute walk up and down may be a challenge.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for tours and ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and definitely homemade. Another advantage was the stunning view from the balcony. We enjoyed relaxing and watching nature from there. However, we did find the noise from the road to be a bit loud at times. If you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, this may not be the best location for you. we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a friendly staff and tasty breakfast.
