I loved the well-maintained pool and the availability of fresh towels for the beach and pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were always kept clean. The mini fridge was a bonus, and there was a convenient grocery shop nearby. It was great to see locals staying at the hotel and enjoying Playa Hermosa.

We loved the relaxed vibe and balcony in our great rooms at this family-run hotel. The staff were friendly, and the front-office staff spoke excellent English. The location was perfect, being very close to the beach, and it was great to have a restaurant on-site.

the room was comfortable and had a well-maintained kitchenette with a good fridge. the air conditioning worked great, and I had a super comfortable bed. the location was fantastic, just off the beach, making it more affordable but still as nice as the beachfront hotels. the gardens were beautifully maintained, and the staff provided fresh towels whenever I needed them for the beach or pool. the breakfast was delicious, with perfectly cooked plantains, and there were other ticos staying at the hotel, giving it an authentic vibe.

Great hotel, clean and well maintained. the pool was small but not crowded, and there was plenty of lounge chairs available. the AC and wifi worked well, and the staff were friendly and efficient. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the grocery store.

The bed was quite firm and uncomfortable, causing some stiffness in the morning. Also, the furniture in the room was not very comfortable and the TV was positioned too high to watch comfortably.

The room was spacious and clean, with the added bonus of reading lights over each bed, which I really appreciated. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was perfect for us teenagers - we were just a short walk away from the beach that won the "Blue Flag" award for its pristine environment and top-notch security. We had a blast snorkeling and diving in the crystal-clear waters. The local tour companies were awesome too, offering exciting adventures for us thrill-seekers.

The only thing we wished for was more lively nightlife options. While the hotel itself was great, we would have loved to have more fun activities for young party-goers in the area.

The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, including rooms with excellent temperature control. The breakfast buffet is a nice added benefit.
