I had a fantastic time here - the location was perfect, just a short stroll to the main street and close to the beach. the service was top-notch, from setting up excursions to serving delicious meals. the rooms were impeccable, with modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchenette.

I highly recommend this place to everyone - you won't be disappointed.

The hotel provided exceptional service and made sure every aspect of my stay was taken care of. The meals served were delicious and the location was conveniently close to the main attractions. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a tripping fuse in the shower and limited drink choices, I had a wonderful time at Hotel Serendipity. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at a budget-friendly hotel near the main street and the beach area. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They organized tours for us and provided excellent service. The meals included were tasty, and we even had the chance to spot spider monkeys and holler monkeys nearby.

The breakfast and lunch options lacked variety, especially when it came to drink choices. It would have been nice to have more options, such as different juices or sodas.

This hotel was a great choice for our city break. the modern and comfortable room made us feel right at home, and the friendly staff were extremely helpful. We also appreciated the close proximity to the town center and the opportunity to see various wildlife.

Friendly staff meets guests at boat pier, assists with luggage. Hotel is new and pleasant with courtyard for meals. Near Reserve and beach, also close to supermarket and town. Exceptionally clean room, great communication with staff. Excellent excursions and tasty meals. Offered assistance with transportation, medicine for cough.
