Our stay at Hotel Serendipity was a delightful experience! The Studio with Balcony was not only modern and spacious, but also very clean. We loved the kitchenette for quick meals and enjoyed watching monkeys from our balcony. The staff truly aimed to please, arranging our tours and providing fantastic meals, including dinners that were simple yet healthy.

The water pressure at the kitchenette sink was a bit low.

We stayed in a spacious studio with a balcony. The room had a kitchenette, private bathroom, and comfy sofa. Mornings were lovely with views of passing monkeys from our outdoor area. The staff was super helpful, arranging our tours. Breakfast was cooked to order and really delicious! Plus, it's just a short walk to town and the beach.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Cooper made sure everything was perfect for us. We had a private boat tour with Johnny, who shared valuable insights. The food was great, and they even helped with our laundry!

Had a canny stay, like! The staff were dead friendly, meeting us at the pier and sorting all our tours. Met some cheeky monkeys from the balcony which was the highlight! Only downside was the breakfast being extra, but still worth it. Would recommend, howay!

Tortuguero was our first stop in Costa Rica, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Hotel Serendipity! The welcoming staff met us off the public boat, making us feel right at home. Our studio with a balcony was modern, spacious, and super clean. We loved being just a short walk from the charming little town.

The room was really spacious and super clean, which I loved! It had everything we needed, but I wish the lighting was a bit cozier. For a couple of nights, it was comfy enough to enjoy our stay. Plus, we got to see some cute monkeys hanging out nearby!

The staff were incredibly helpful and ensured our tours were well arranged. Breakfast options were tasty but a bit limited with drinks. Enjoyed the themed dinner night and walking tours. Definitely recommend this cozy spot!

Charming little place with super-friendly staff. Loved how we could walk everywhere—beach, shops, and park. Our cozy room was always spick and span. truly felt taken care of!

But, oh dear, the curtains were a tad short—hello, unintentional peep-show! Not quite the privacy I craved while perfecting my vacation tan.
