The owner and staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel had a charming Spanish mansion-like atmosphere. The location was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious.

I had a great experience at Villa Casa Blanca. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to direct me to all the places I wanted to visit. The location within a gated community made me feel safe, and I enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot. The nearby beaches, especially Playa Ocotal, were a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the included breakfasts were satisfying and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

After spending most of my time in Guanacaste in a tent, Hotel M&M Casa Blanca was the perfect place to recharge and relax. The rooms were cozy and the perfect size. The food was delicious with perfect portions. The staff was helpful and the owner, from Spain, was lovely. The villa had a great porch for breakfasting with parrots. The beach was a short walk away and had a private, marina feel. Playa Ocotal was where I finally saw howler monkeys. Tom and Mary from Marblehead, MA, USA would definitely stay here again.

Hammock in gazebo for relaxation.

The staff is amazing, spacious and comfy Spanish colonial house, exotic birds during breakfast, nice swimming pool and spa, good location near the beach and village center.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the gorgeous beach and Father Rooster restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a great view. The breakfasts were delicious, and we loved spending time on the beautiful terraces, surrounded by nature. it was a wonderful experience.

Some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment.

A true life-saver! She provided us with a clean and comfortable room away from the noisy party scene. The breakfasts prepared by Fatima and Letti were delicious, and the veranda was the perfect spot to enjoy our meals and mingle with other guests. The outdoor kitchen allowed us to save money, but there were also plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's pool was just the right size and conveniently located so we could still keep an eye on our kids. M&M Casa Blanca even had agreements with three other nearby pools, including one with a workout room. Modesta and her staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from arranging tours to sharing her aloe plant with my son. The laundry service was an added bonus. We can't wait to return and have already recommended this hotel to others.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of their family. Second, the location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with stunning views of the cliffs and the beach just a short walk away. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and had good lighting, allowing me to enjoy reading my book before bed. And I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast, especially the fresh fruit, that was included in the price.

Spacious rooms, great showers, and amazing sea view were a highlight. Being a short walk from the beach and having a pool with a whirlpool were key location aspects. having friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better.

Staff could have been better informed about the touristic services in the area, it would have been helpful to know what was available and not find out the same day. some of the breakfast options could have been better.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in Costa Rica called M&M Casa Blanca. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. the staff, led by Liz, were incredible and made us feel welcome. We especially appreciated that most of the staff spoke English, which was a bonus for us as Canadian travelers. the hotel, with its 60-year-old charm, was surrounded by beautiful animals and birds, creating a truly unique experience. the breakfast served on the patio was simple but delicious, and we loved watching the birds and monkeys in the trees. It was also a short 5-minute walk to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand. And after a day out, the pool was a great way to cool off.

What a wonderful stay! the room decor was fantastic with comfortable canopy beds. the warm weather all year round was a major plus. the staff was amazing, especially Moe. the breakfast was delicious and the parrots added a unique touch. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. I highly recommend staying here and exploring the area.

Although the hotel was nice, there were a few disappointments. the lack of phones and TV in the rooms was a downside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and detail-oriented, making sure our needs were met. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy access to both the black sand beach and the little hidden beach north of town.
