I had an amazing stay at this jungle oasis in Puerto Viejo. The hostel is surrounded by big trees, creating a lovely atmosphere where you can observe and hear howler monkeys every day. The European feel of the hostel is charming, and my room was bright, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The communal kitchen and relaxation area were well-organized and provided a comfortable space to unwind. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and right next to the Jaguar Rescue Center, which is a must-see. I highly recommend this lovely hostel.

New and well-maintained facility, spacious room with nice bathroom. Close to rescue center, jungle oasis compared to busy area. Nice house in nature, well-equipped. Incredible room and hostel, beautifully decorated, surrounded by beautiful nature. Free parking with night security, free coffee, tea, and water.

Jaguar Inn truly made our stay in Puerto Viejo memorable. The location is great, surrounded by nature and just a 5 minutes walk to the beach. We rented bicycles from them too, which was really easy, for only $5 per day. Our room was nice - comfortable bed, nice shower with hot water, a lot of space and lighting. We especially liked the Jaguar Rescue Centre, which is right next door. Highly recommend a visit!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located near a few restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

Nothing could have been better.

The setting of the hotel was truly amazing, surrounded by the lush jungle. the clean and comfortable rooms were impeccable, with comfortable beds and daily cleaning service. the location was also a plus, with the beach just a short walk away and the Jaguar Rescue Center next door, providing a unique opportunity to see wildlife up close and personal. it was a wonderful experience to sleep in the middle of the jungle.

The communication with the hotel was lacking, as there was no advance contact to provide clear directions or any reception area upon arrival. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and the hot water in the shower was often not available.

As a budget traveler, I loved the affordability of Jaguar Inn Bungalows. The private Bungalow provided all the essentials and the friendly housekeeping ladies did a great job. The communal kitchen was convenient and the other hostel guests, who mostly worked in the Jaguar Rescue Center, were respectful and quiet. The nearby supermarket, Green, was easily accessible and the restaurant Bamboocha offered delicious Italian fusion food with a charming owner. The hostel's location between two beautiful beaches and the chance to see howler monkeys in the area made it even more special. a well-organized and lovely place to stay.
