We had a wonderful overnight stay at Kekoldi. Our spacious room was comfortable, with no street noise and a clean bathroom. the breakfast in the garden area was outstanding, featuring homemade jams. the surrounding area is filled with charming old homes turned into cafes and restaurants. It is conveniently located near parks and the city center. We highly recommend arranging a car pick-up from the airport through the hotel for a cost-effective option.

The hotel is conveniently located in a neighborhood within walking distance to downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The Gran Caribe bus terminal is also close by, providing easy access to transportation. there are nice restaurants like Cafe Mondo up the road.

Some guests have mentioned noise issues in certain rooms, which could affect sleep quality.

the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the major museums, parks, and markets in the city center. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a mini fridge, which was convenient. I especially loved the beautiful courtyard garden, where I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon drink. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel's location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the central avenue. It is conveniently situated near the park, museums, and some fantastic restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel has a great location, being very near the big bus station and within walking distance to downtown. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with hot water and good pressure in the bathrooms. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast provided is substantial and sets you up for the day. Guests also have access to free wifi.

There were some issues with airport taxi pickup, with a random person showing up instead of a professional driver.

The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, providing us with a room as soon as we arrived, even though it was before check-in time. the room itself was spacious and cool, and we loved the strategic location in San Jose's colonial district, with easy access to great restaurants, museums, and banks. the highlight, however, was the excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit and delicious treats. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden where we could enjoy our meal while watching the birds.

For us, it was ideal. 👌

Great location in the peaceful neighborhood of Amon, close to the center but away from the noise. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast included.

We had a fantastic stay at Kekoldi! the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with all the necessary amenities. the highlight was the exceptional breakfast, which included fried eggs, toast with various jams, cereal, coffee, tea. the staff was friendly, and the hotel provided affordable onsite parking in a safe area. It will definitely be our go-to spot in downtown San Jose!
