We stayed in a lovely two bedroom bungalow at La Rana De Cahuita Villa. the bungalow had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. the outside area with a hammock and the nearby pool were great. the bungalows were exceptionally clean. the family that runs the property were wonderful and helped us book a snorkelling tour and taxis. the setting among trees with toucans and howler monkeys was special. the breakfast served on the private terrace was very good. the cabins were beautiful and private. the hosts were friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this place, especially for families with kids.

I had a wonderful stay at the villa in Cahuita. The two-bedroom bungalow was lovely and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities and a fridge for storing food. The outdoor area with a hammock was a great spot to relax, and the pool near the bar was a nice bonus. The bungalows were immaculate and the garden was filled with hummingbirds and howler monkeys. I was especially grateful for their assistance when I arrived late and disorganized due to illness. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at La Rana in Cahuita! The hosts were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast served by the pool was lovely. The bungalow was comfortable and well maintained, and the location was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the abundance of wildlife and the convenient proximity to the main bus route. We would definitely stay again!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was truly a wonderful experience. the setting of the villa, surrounded by trees where toucans and other birds can be spotted, felt like a small paradise. the lodges were spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a clean environment. the highlight for me was the beautiful deck, where I could sit and be immersed in nature. the hosts, Werner and Zindi, along with their adorable children, made me feel incredibly welcome. the pool was also a great feature, and the breakfast was a must-try.

The location of the hotel is a bit further from downtown, which was appealing to us. The garden and pool were stunning, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The shower had strong pressure and hot water, and the ceiling fan was powerful. The cabins were tucked away in a peaceful corner, surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees.

The internet was unreliable, especially in the lodge, which was a minor inconvenience for us.

We had a fantastic time at La Rana De Cahuita. The hosts, Lina and her husband, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The beautiful grounds were a joy to explore, and we loved sipping coffee on the patio while watching the birds. Our kids enjoyed playing with the owners' children and dogs, adding an extra touch of fun to our stay. The bungalows were lovely with a great outdoor living area, and the communal pool and garden were beautiful. The owners also offer a shuttle service, which was greatly appreciated. a peaceful and memorable experience.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, offering assistance with transportation and providing recommendations for restaurants and activities. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens with a variety of birds and wildlife. Perfect for families with young children.

our second stay in cahuita was even better than the first! la rana exceeded our expectations with their beautiful grounds, friendly hosts, and cozy cabins. the kids loved playing with the owners' children and dogs, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio, watching birds, and listening to howler monkeys. one of our favorite places on our trip!
