The rooms were well-maintained and the pool was very nice. The breakfast options were great, with a variety of choices. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The customer service could have been better, with the owners/managers not being very welcoming or attentive. There was a lack of communication, such as the kitchen closing for dinner without prior notice.

The hotel's decision to place us in a quiet area of the resort was incredibly thoughtful, especially as we were traveling with two young children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our basic amenities were well taken care of. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, with a great shower, a comfortable king-size bed, and a convenient kitchenette. Moreover, the included breakfast served every morning was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous and very welcomed after hours spent bird watching or rambling in Carara National Park! The room was comfortable and clean with one of the best showers we've found in Costa Rica. Leo from reception was extremely helpful and the staff were very kind. The breakfasts were delicious.

Located near the main coastal highway, Las Brisas Resort And Villas offers easy access to the beautiful beaches of the central Pacific. This gem of a hotel is far enough from the noisy buses and tractor trailers that other hotels near the main road of Hermosa beach are exposed to. Guests also appreciate the convenience of being close to the grocery store and farmers markets in the Jaco Beach area. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for families. The friendly and helpful owners ensure that guests receive excellent service during their stay.

Great family-owned hotel, helpful staff, clean rooms and grounds, close to beach and good dining options nearby. Continental breakfast included fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, and more. The hotel has good facilities and offers various activities. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind during the holiday.

Some minor issues with the room's air conditioning, but quickly solved by the staff. The swimming pool area can get crowded at times and there's a limited number of sunbeds available.

We recently stayed at Las Brisas and had an amazing experience. Our purpose for travel was to relax and unwind, and the hotel provided the perfect setting. The staff, from Leo at reception to Tavata at the café, were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location, while not right by the beach, was convenient with commuting options available. The hotel was clean and quiet, and we loved being able to observe iguanas in the area. We would definitely visit again!
