We got great value for our money at Los Amigos Jungle Hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and the staff treated us with kindness and respect. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the National Park, where we could hear the relaxing sounds of the jungle while we slept.

Food for breakfast could have been better, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at Los Amigos Jungle Hotel. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The small but nice pool was perfect for cooling down. We appreciated having a kitchen with a fridge to make our own meals. The hotel even did our laundry for a reasonable price. Walking to restaurants at night felt safe. We were impressed with the smooth coordination of our boat tickets and tours, from La Pavona to Tortuguero. Plus, we loved the daily surprise of towel animals and the opportunity to see monkeys and parrots while in the pool.

Lastly, the hotel's proximity to the main harbor made transportation convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

While staying at the hotel, I had the amazing opportunity to see monkeys and beautiful birds right from my balcony! The location is perfect, close to the National Park. Clean, beautiful surroundings. Great location near rainforest and ocean. Friendly staff. Joshua makes you feel at home. Maria's laundry service is reasonable. Swimming pool is a plus. Guide meets you off the boat. No roads, but easy arrival.

great stay in tortuguero, exceeded expectations at los amigos. friendly staff, clean rooms, and refreshing pool. enjoyed daily room cleaning and convenient kitchen facilities. tours were amazing, saw lots of wildlife and multiple turtles laying eggs. worth every penny.

Awesome location near National Park. Saw spider monkeys from balcony. Clean room, excellent maid service. Refreshing pool. Can hear ocean & jungle at night. Helpful guide met us off boat. Gaffa tape keeps bugs away. Amazing banana bread at riverside bakery. Andres at Tortuguero Adventures was knowledgeable and fun.
