Maria went above and beyond to make our stay mind-blowing. This surf camp is the best I've ever been to - just a 5-minute walk to a deserted part of the beach, PERFECT for surfing. It's secluded and tucked into the jungle while still being close to the town. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and shared bathroom were clean and the bed was super comfortable. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and there were even pool and ping pong tables. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at a surf camp in Santa Teresa. The staff was friendly, the room and shared bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. The shared kitchen was well equipped and there were also facilities like a pool and ping pong tables for guests to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I had an exceptional stay at Mal Pais Surf Camp. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk down a dirt road to a secluded part of Santa Teresa beach. Being surrounded by the jungle added to the peacefulness and made it a great place to practice surfing. Maria, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The big pool was a great addition, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The tab system made it convenient to enjoy drinks and pay for everything at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this camp for a relaxing and adventure-filled vacation.

Convenient location with easy access to amenities. Great for surfers with board rentals and lessons available. Beautiful beaches nearby. Ideal for single travelers, families, couples, and groups.

Absolutely loved everything about my stay, because obviously, I don't have any negative comments to make.

We stayed at this camp during Christmas and had a great time. The staff was really helpful in organizing tours for us, and we enjoyed the ATV tour and Tortuga island tour. The pool was a big plus, especially on hot days. We also liked the beach access nearby and the fact that they had a pool table for entertainment.

The rooms were not as expected. We booked a quad room but ended up in a shared dorm with no fan.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms and shared bathrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the fact that the hotel was located close to the beach in a nice quiet area, but still within walking distance to the town where there were plenty of great restaurants.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. there was no AC in the rooms, only a floor fan, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
