The staff, especially Minerva and Rudi, were incredibly helpful and made our experience memorable. The rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. The resort amenities, like the pool and jacuzzi, were a great addition to our stay. We also enjoyed the mineral pools and the beautiful grounds. a fantastic experience!

Waking up to the stunning sight of Arenal every morning was a dream come true. the thermal pools were also a highlight of our stay. We loved relaxing in the warm water and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that fell short. the maintenance issues were quite frustrating.

We received a complimentary room upgrade and the reception staff were friendly. The balcony and front door offered nice views. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient for tours and activities.

Our stay at Montana De Fuego All Inclusive was a pleasant one. The resort grounds were beautiful, with a stunning view of the volcano and plenty of space for relaxation. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, especially with the convenience of the wet bar nearby. Each house had a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenery. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The restaurant was quite pricey, and we found the water to be more expensive than the beer, which was a bit unexpected.

The location of the hotel was simply stunning. Surrounded by lush rainforest, the views of the rolling hills and the Arenal Volcano were breathtaking. the whole ambiance of the property felt like a spa retreat in the rainforest. We especially loved the multiple hot tubs, one of which had a beautiful waterfall, creating a truly relaxing environment. It was the perfect place to unwind and embrace the Pura Vida lifestyle.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was no internet in the rooms, which made it difficult to communicate with our loved ones back home.
