The location of the hostel is ideal as it is close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The communal area offers a brilliant view, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff at the hostel are friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. the hostel provides a nice kitchen and keeps the place clean for the guests' comfort.

The check-out time of 10am could be inconvenient for those who prefer a later departure.

The staff here were absolutely amazing and so helpful in organizing activities for us. The pancakes and fruit at breakfast were mouth-wateringly delicious. The common areas and kitchen were huge and a perfect spot to meet other awesome travelers. The selection of books and games kept us entertained on rainy afternoons. The view from the outside seating area was simply gorgeous. The WiFi was super fast and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The homey atmosphere made it easy to feel comfortable and the family-run vibe was so charming. Despite the occasional noise from the large family gathering in the common spaces, everything was fantastic. We loved the youthful energy of the hostel and how easy it was to meet new people. And that terrace with the hammock was like a little slice of paradise, especially when the weather was clear. The staff's advice on activities and tours was spot on and they even helped us out last minute. Just a hop away from the bus stop for the Cloud Forest, it couldn't have been more convenient. This hostel was everything we needed and more. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the hot water in the shower was such a bonus for those chilly nights. And hey, free self-serve breakfast? Can't beat that!

I had such a great stay at this hostel. the staff, including Yir, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and even helped me book activities at a lower price than other places. the communal area had an amazing view, and it was a great place to relax and hang out. the breakfast, especially the pancakes, were delicious. And let's not forget the surprise visits from the monkeys and coati during breakfast! a fantastic experience with great vibes and a convenient location.

The hostel had a well-maintained kitchen and was overall clean. We enjoyed a nice hot shower. the breakfast, although it consisted of cereal and bananas, was a good start to the day. We were pleasantly surprised when monkeys visited during breakfast time.
