It would have been even better if the outdoor facilities were not shared with guests from nearby cabins.

The huge house on a hilltop with stunning ocean views is a perfect choice for nature lovers. The beautiful house with its extensive art collection creates a unique atmosphere. Watching the sunrise over the ocean is a must-do activity, accompanied by the soothing sounds of ocean waves and the melodies of birds and howler monkeys. The full moon experience is magical, with the moon's reflection on the ocean creating a mesmerizing spectacle. Santiago, the caretaker, is exceptional, always cheerful, friendly, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Peter, the owner, is easily accessible and provides valuable recommendations for hotels, transportation, and more. In case of water shortage, bottled water is readily available.

montezuma heights is a hidden gem. the view is breathtaking, the spanish villa is cozy, and the outdoor shower is a delight. the owner was kind and gave us great local tips. we felt welcome and can't wait to return. thanks for the perfect stay heights!

Great view, romantic & cozy cabin: Amazing view, cozy house, lost keys but got quick help from owners, loved the outside tub! Hope to be back. Tranquility in Montezuma: Loved Mariposa cabin, well-equipped with stunning views. Peter is helpful and Luna the lab is adorable. Off the beaten path, so a pain to get to town.

we've stayed in montezuma before and loved it, but our recent stay at heights was absolutely breathtaking. the views, the facilities, and the cozy vibe of the villas surpassed all our expectations. we felt secure, relaxed, and truly at home. meeting the sweet host was an added bonus!

The view and location are amazing, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The little Spanish styled villa is cozy and offers a unique experience. The owner was very kind and welcoming, providing helpful information about the area. The outside shower was an added pleasure. The caretaker, Santiago, was cheerful and attentive to our needs. The house is filled with beautiful artwork and the overall feel of the villas is cozy.

I had an incredible stay at a hilltop property with breathtaking ocean views! The house was absolutely beautiful, adorned with stunning artwork. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the ocean was a truly magical experience. The sound of the ocean waves and the songs of birds filled the air, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Santiago, the caretaker, was a gem. He was always cheerful, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. Peter, the owner, was incredibly helpful and easily reachable. He provided us with recommendations and made sure our stay was comfortable. The backup water tank came in handy when the city cut off the water supply. And during that time, we were even provided with bottled water.

While the roads leading to the property were bumpy and dusty, it was something the owner had no control over. Additionally, the lack of breakfast on the property might be a slight inconvenience, but there are amazing local cafes just a short drive away in Montezuma.

Our stay at the Arthouse was simply delightful. The view from the patio was stunning, offering a perfect ocean view. The owners of the property were also very accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the peaceful and romantic atmosphere of the cottage, hidden in the mountains of Montezuma.

Although there were some rustic aspects to the cabin, such as open areas that allowed some things to get inside, we didn't mind. We took precautions with ants and used the mosquito nets provided above the beds.

Santiago, the concierge, was also friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was enjoying the outdoor tub - it was truly amazing. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our time here and hope to return someday.
