We had an amazing experience at Pachamama! Great value for money, cozy room, and perfect location near the beach. The staff, especially Estele, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

Morning meal could be improved with more variety.

The b&b style accommodations were perfect for us, with the peaceful sounds of fauna and flora waking us up. The tropical beaches were beautiful, and we enjoyed seeing monkeys, sloths, and other wildlife from our terrace. The owner, Estele, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The little house near the river was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a hot shower and a kitchen. The free water, laundry, and kayaks were a great bonus. The entire place was clean, and it was only a short 5-minute walk to the beach. We also appreciated the helpful staff and the quick 10-minute tuktuk ride to Puerto Viejo.

We had an exceptional stay at this very special and memorable jungle cabin. The location was relaxing and the garden was beautiful. We were delighted to see monkeys, an iguana, and even a sloth! The host was wonderful and incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained. Despite a few minor issues like weak WIFI and only cold water, the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this unique jungle getaway.

I stayed at Pachamama Jungle River Lodge for 8 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the included breakfast at the nearby cafe was fabulous. The lodge is well taken care of and the cabin, though cozy, was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The area is beautiful and we got to see wildlife from our balcony on a daily basis. The jungle setting was amazing and we had visits from howler and spider monkeys, as well as many other animals, birds, and insects. a very secure and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our time at Pachamama Jungle River Lodge - Punta Uva. The cabins were well-equipped with a kitchen, screens on the windows, and a mosquito net around the bed. We enjoyed the freedom of the bikes provided, biking into Puerto Viejo and to nearby restaurants. The beach was stunning and we even had encounters with sloths and iguanas. Breakfast served on our deck each morning was a treat. we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful surroundings, wildlife sightings, and comfortable accommodations.

The jungle atmosphere of the bungalow was incredible, especially when sitting on the porch and listening to the sounds of nature. the free use of the Kanu to explore the river was a great activity that we enjoyed. Plus, the breakfast served on our porch was a nice touch and added to the overall experience.

The noise in the morning from the monkeys and road traffic was quite loud and could disrupt sleep. Additionally, the bedding could use an update for better comfort.

We had a fantastic time at Pachamama! The host, Bruno, was exceptional and provided shuttle services and recommended a great tour. The cabin was well-equipped with a kitchen and mosquito nets around the bed. We loved using the bikes provided to explore the area, including the 9 km ride to Puerto Viejo. The nearby beach was stunning, and we even had the chance to spot wildlife such as sloths and iguanas. The jungle tour organized by Pachamama was a highlight, and we also enjoyed visiting the Jaguar Rescue Centre. Breakfast served on our porch was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this jungle lodge. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach where I enjoyed paddleboarding and even saw howler monkeys and parrots. The hotel facilities were great, with well-equipped bungalows that had everything I needed, including mosquito repellents and a kitchen stocked with essentials. The staff, Charlene, Josef and Elisa, were amazing hosts, always available if I needed anything but also giving me the privacy I wanted. They even arranged a hike for me with a wonderful guide named Tino in a nearby refuge. the cleanliness, location, and staff of the hotel were top-notch!

The lodge provided bikes to explore the area, giving me the freedom to bike to Puerto Viejo and nearby restaurants. The cabin was equipped with a kitchen and the bed had a mosquito net, ensuring a comfortable stay. The beach, just a short walk away, was stunning and relatively quiet. Pachamama also organized a jungle tour, allowing me to see many animals up close. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the staff made my stay here unforgettable.

The jungle setting of the lodge was stunning! We saw daily visits from monkeys, birds, and other wildlife right from our balcony. the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. the cabin was cozy and mosquito-proof. They also provided bikes to easily explore the nearby areas.

The wifi signal was weak and unreliable in our cabin. Additionally, the noise from the busy road and barking dogs was quite loud.

The complimentary bikes were a fantastic way to explore the area, and we enjoyed biking to Puerto Viejo and the nearby Argentinean restaurant. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, with a stunning beach just a short walk away. We had incredible wildlife sightings, from sloths to howler monkeys. Estelle, the owner, was extremely accommodating and friendly. Breakfast served on our deck was a lovely touch. We can't wait to return!
