The pools were amazing and conveniently located, making it easy for us to access the nearby beaches and National Park. The hotel also provided free shuttles, which made transportation a breeze.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, communicating effortlessly despite our limited Spanish.

I recently stayed at Parador Nature Resort And Spa for 2 nights with my girlfriend and we had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. The facilities were fantastic, with multiple pools, restaurants, and a spa area. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the grounds were beautiful. The room was spacious and well furnished, and we enjoyed the free coffee on the balcony every morning. The hotel also had a cool shop with reasonable prices. our stay at Parador was perfect and we highly recommend it.

The hotel had a beautiful and well, maintained garden area, which was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of work. the staff were also very friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nature reserve, making it convenient for exploring the area during my free time.

The food at the hotel was not up to par, especially considering the high prices. I found the quality to be mediocre and the options to be limited.

During my stay here, I was impressed with the location of this hotel, it was close to the beautiful beach and also near to the Manuel Antonio park which made it easier to visit both places. The service provided by this venue was outstanding, especially the room service which was prompt and efficient. The amenities provided in the room like the air conditioning and minibar were of high quality and made my stay more comfortable. The view from the adult pool was stunning and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the shuttle service offered which made it easier to get to the town.

Although this place is not specifically designed for families, I would still recommend it for those traveling with kids as the staff are polite and attentive, the amenities are great and there is a children's play area.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its amazing staff, relaxed atmosphere, and stunning view of the Pacific Ocean and lush forest. We enjoyed bird-watching on the Sunset Terrace and the abundance of wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, and various bird species. The hotel also offers informative Night Walk tours and a convenient shuttle service to Manuel Antonio National Park. The two nearby beaches, Biesanz Beach and Playitas, are considered the best in the area. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and included in the room rate.
