Great location with beautiful valley view, ideal for exploring coffee plantations. Helpful staff and delicious food, particularly their specialty steak and pizza. Preferred choice over staying in San Jose.

With a stunning view of the Orosi Valley, this lodge offers a tranquil setting for those seeking peace and quiet. The staff is known for their helpfulness and attentiveness, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy morning walks in the beautiful surroundings and take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, as well as the option to order a more filling and traditional "tico breakfast" from the menu. The U-shaped layout around the patio restaurant enhances the dining experience, providing a pleasant atmosphere.

Some amenities, such as the jacuzzis, may not be usable during certain seasons, which can be disappointing for guests looking forward to enjoying them.

We got great value for our money at Orocay Lodge. The room was modern and the view from the hotel was stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.
