I recently stayed at Radisson in San Jose for one night after a long flight from Europe. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, assisting us with transportation and restaurant reservations. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, despite some negative reviews we saw. The breakfast included a variety of delicious tropical fruits, along with eggs and other options. The on-site restaurant served exceptional European cuisine with a Costa Rican twist. The outdoor space was fantastic, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

I recently stayed at Radisson in San Jose for a weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and I loved that the bed firmness could be adjusted on each side. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options that were constantly replenished. The evening meal at the restaurant was absolutely excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Special mention to one staff member who has been there for 20 years and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The private gym on the 4th floor was also a great bonus.

During my stay at Radisson in San Jose, I was pleased with the spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was especially nice, with a bathtub for relaxation. The hotel itself had a lot to offer, with rest areas, a gym, swimming pools, and even a jacuzzi. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and accommodating, making my experience even better. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as signs of wear and tear, I still found the overall experience to be enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its great amenities and excellent staff.

The atmosphere was luxurious and exclusive, with top-notch amenities and services that catered to all my needs. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa & wellness centre offered an indulgent experience, while the garden area and sun loungers provided a peaceful and relaxing escape. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top quality, with an impressive breakfast and special diet menus that were a pleasing surprise.

The only minor downside was that the room service took an extended period to get additional towels, bathrobe, etc. for two people instead of one.

Great location, very close to downtown San Jose and within walking distance of many attractions. the room was large and spacious, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. the hotel provided reasonable value for the price paid.

The receptionist was not friendly or helpful during check-in, and I was charged more than what was stated in my reservation. the hotel itself was run down and in desperate need of renovations.

The hotel offered convenient amenities, including a spacious family room and perfect wifi. The location was key as it was nearby the city center, allowing for a 15-minute walk to explore. Additionally, the buffet-style breakfast was very good and offered a variety of fresh fruits, juices, and food.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was no heated pool for the kids, and even the jacuzzi was cold in the morning.

Modern room, cozy bed, tasty breakfast. Lovely pool and spa area, but closes early. Large suites, friendly staff, welcoming pool. Decent breakfast, irresistible chocolate pastries. Enjoyable afternoon snack.

We had a really enjoyable stay here, with excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The location near a big bus station and from downtown attractions, made it easy to explore the area. The hotel also had great amenities such as 24-hour room service, car hire and free wi-fi in rooms.

We would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
