I recently stayed at the Intercontinental in San Jose for one night before my flight back to London. The hotel was everything I wanted: classic, luxurious, and reasonably priced. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the Italian restaurant served delicious food. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed the convenient location, with the beautiful mall and supermarket just across the street. a fantastic stay!

The Real Intercontinental at Multiplaza Mall exceeded my expectations as a budget traveler. The breakfast options were superb, with a choice to dine inside or on the terrace overlooking the pools. The pools were a good size and the garden was beautiful and well maintained. The hotel's ambience was also impressive, adding to the overall luxurious experience.

The staff at the Real Intercontinental at Multiplaza Mall made me feel like part of their family. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and that my needs were met.

The lobby area was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the live piano music in the bar area, creating a relaxing ambiance. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was heavenly, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a modern spa design, and the shower was fantastic with excellent water pressure and temperature control. Although the room had a minibar, I appreciated that it was not overstocked, giving me the option to personalize my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the nearby Multiplaza Mall. I had a lovely stay at Real Intercontinental, thanks to the friendly staff, luxurious atmosphere, and comfortable amenities.

The facilities at Real Intercontinental At Multiplaza Mall were top-notch. We loved the 3 pools and 4 restaurants, and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing. The live music in the lobby created a nice atmosphere in the evenings. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Multiplaza mall, which was a short walk away.

The service at the restaurant was exceptional, with Danny Calderon going above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. the breakfast spread had a wide variety of options and the coffee was excellent. Additionally, the pool and gym facilities were top-notch and the hotel's location was superb, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the hotel failed to arrange my airport pick up despite confirming it beforehand.

The Intercontinental provided great value for our money with its luxurious and grand atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our anniversary and graduation celebration special.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options on the menu.

As longer term business travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed the superb breakfast with both indoor and outdoor dining options. The pools were of a good size and the garden was well maintained. We were particularly impressed with the staff in the restaurants, pool service, cleaning staff, and bar. The food at the restaurants was excellent, and we loved the different temperature options in the pools.

The breakfast buffet was the most spectacular spread we have ever seen, both in abundance and quality. The staff went above and beyond, willing to help in any way they could. The hotel's location in Central America was excellent, with a 5-minute walk to a mall and easy access to transportation.
