I had an incredible stay at a hotel located in a beautiful reserve with thermal waters. the facilities and service were top-notch, and the highlight of my stay was definitely the thermal water river. the hotel also offers yoga sessions in a serene platform surrounded by the forest, which was truly magical. the staff was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. Exploring the trails and encountering wildlife, including monkeys, made the experience even more memorable. I wished I could have stayed longer!

The front desk staff, especially Stephanie, was friendly and helpful. Jonathan, the bell boy, was a lot of fun to interact with. The tubing tour in the river was a great experience with "Burro" and Jorge, who shared interesting stories about the place and its history. The thermal water river was like something out of a book or movie. The new rooms were comfortable and modern. We even went trail-running to the "Tumbas" to watch the sunset, which was an incredible experience. our stay exceeded our expectations.
