Wonderful hospitality, excellent food, blissfully serene location. Abundant wildlife to see. Tree house was wonderful. Trails and free activities kept us entertained. Optional tours were excellent. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location.

We loved our stay at Saladero! The food is awesome, made daily with fresh ingredients from their gardens, the jungle, or the ocean. You can't go hungry here! The tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly. Harvey and Susan, the owners, are gracious hosts who shared their expertise and some wonderfully humorous stories. This eco-lodge offers a chance to get away from it all, with a tranquil, nature-filled setting. The nearby wildlife sanctuary is unmissable, and the kayaking, snorkeling, and various tours provide plenty of activities to explore.

I absolutely loved the tranquility and natural surroundings at this remote eco-lodge. The small number of people made it even more peaceful. The owners were incredibly responsive and the tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The kayaking and snorkeling options were fantastic, and there were plenty of different tours to choose from. The nearby wildlife sanctuary is a must-visit.

I felt truly looked after, with no complaints at all.
