As someone who loves being in direct touch with nature, I absolutely loved the range of activities offered at the hostel. The staff were also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any queries or requests. The cleanliness of the room and common kitchen further added to the positive experience.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of town, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with perfect eggs, toast, fresh fruit, and cereals. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere, with the sounds of birds in the morning and a hammock garden to relax in. this hostel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in a great central location. The Santa Elena Hostel Resort provided me with a peaceful and quiet stay. I loved spending time in the awesome hammock area, it was so relaxing. My private room had a balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The breakfast included was delicious and the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds and blankets were big and comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also loved that there was free coffee and tea available all day, as well as a travel desk for any excursion planning. The deluxe room I stayed in was sunny and bright, with plenty of space and beautiful artwork. It even had a TV! this hotel offered great value for money and I highly recommend it.

I had an incredible time at this hostel! The staff, especially Wendell and Ro, were incredibly friendly and helpful - they made me feel right at home. The rooms were always clean and had everything I needed. Plus, the hostel had a great atmosphere and I loved waking up to the sight of monkeys outside during breakfast. The location was perfect, close to shops and with secure parking. The hostel also provided excellent tour information and helped me book through a travel agency. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were all top notch.
