The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. the room was also clean and comfortable, providing me with a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was centrally located and close to many shops and restaurants.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the pool was poorly maintained, with the water not being very clean.

As those taking off early, we loved the hotel's proximity to the airport and their arrangement of a taxi for our flight. The room was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Onsite activities were a great feature, allowing us to enjoy the property without leaving.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to a nearby mall and other amenities. the breakfast offered at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, as it was not as clean as expected. the towels in the room were also overused and needed to be replaced.

This hotel offers a quick 20-25 minute trip to the airport and provides taxi arrangements for your flight. Onsite activities are available, so guests don't have to leave the property unless they want to. The location in Escazu is closer to the mountains and has shopping complexes, restaurants, and even a local shopping mall. The area is preferred over the main center of San Jose and is great for exploring the mountains. The staff is exceptional and ensures all needs are met.

My xmas stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! the room was super comfortable, with a large bed and an amazing shower. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a casino, which provided a fun and entertaining experience during my stay. Additionally, the hotel was located in a key location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The only downside of my stay at this hotel was the small pool and the windy pool area. Although the pool was not ideal for swimming, it did not take away from the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, staff were very nice and helpful, and the beds were super comfy. There were good restaurants in the hotel building, and the access to food and fun was perfect. Check-in was fast, and the cleanliness of the room was great. The bathroom and shower were enjoyable, and experiencing the black bathroom was a unique touch.

We had a great experience at this high-quality hotel in San José. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. The shuttle service to the mall and airport was very convenient. Although the location was a bit far from the city center, the helpful staff made up for it. Overall I recommend this hotel.
