I always stay here. It has all I need , Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, Bar/ Restaurant. I remember staff helping with a phone charger. Perfect for holidays with Beach umbrellas, Hiking, and a Children's menu. Wheelchair accessible, smoke, free, and no pets allowed , best spot for me! .

The staff can make great hiking suggestions in the reserve. They even offered to drive me to my cabin when it was raining heavily upon my arrival. the meals were exceptional, and the ambiance made me feel like a character in a fairytale!

Menu prices are high.

The room was cozy with a private bathroom, a mountain view balcony, and free WiFi. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for budget travellers like me. Cons: Food prices were high; consider half-board packages for controlling costs.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with solar panelled hot water showers which were perfect for me. the overall vibe had a youth hostel feel which added a cozy touch to the stay.

The price and 5-star rating of the place didn't quite align with the more laid-back atmosphere of the rooms, which may disappoint those expecting more luxury amenities.

The restaurant had delicious food with amazing service, and the art and atmosphere created a pleasant experience. the gardens were well cared for and provided a great location for bird watching.

The lack of basic amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, and wifi made for a less than comfortable stay, especially during the hot Christmas weather. the early start for remote hikes was inconvenient and not well-suited for a holiday trip.

The lack of a pool or hot tub on the premises is a disappointment.

We had an amazing stay at the nature reserve. The property was a bit older, but it added to its charm. The rooms were clean to perfection, not a single speck of dust. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making us feel at home. The chef, Jeffrey, accommodated our dietary restrictions with delicious vegetarian options. The birdwatching at the restaurant was a highlight, with so many species to observe. The reserve itself was breathtaking, with stunning landscapes, wildlife, and waterfalls. We enjoyed the hikes, even if they required an early start. I highly recommend this hotel for nature lovers like us.

Finding the hotel was a bit difficult due to incorrect GPS coordinates. The cabins, although well-maintained, were a bit older.
