Exceptional gardens, private paths, bird paradise, friendly staff, beautiful location.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The restaurant had delicious food with amazing service, and the art and atmosphere created a pleasant experience. The gardens were well cared for and provided a great location for bird watching.

The lack of basic amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, and wifi made for a less than comfortable stay, especially during the hot Christmas weather. the early start for remote hikes was inconvenient and not well-suited for a holiday trip.

The location of this nature reserve is absolutely breathtaking, with its proximity to a thundering river and stunning waterfall. The rooms are clean and spacious, with solar panelled hot water showers in the bathroom. The staff provides exceptional service and the breakfast is delicious. The reserve offers private paths for guests to explore and discover the beautiful gardens near Iggy's Falls.

The lack of a pool or hot tub on the premises is a disappointment.

We had an amazing stay at the nature reserve. The property was a bit older, but it added to its charm. The rooms were clean to perfection, not a single speck of dust. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making us feel at home. The chef, Jeffrey, accommodated our dietary restrictions with delicious vegetarian options. The birdwatching at the restaurant was a highlight, with so many species to observe. The reserve itself was breathtaking, with stunning landscapes, wildlife, and waterfalls. We enjoyed the hikes, even if they required an early start. I highly recommend this hotel for nature lovers like us.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The service here is impeccable, every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure guests have the most luxurious experience. The Garden area is stunning, with a wide range of exotic flora that makes this venue stand out. The exclusive amenities in the room were a pleasant surprise, with special attention paid to every detail. The Restaurant was a highlight of my stay– offering a range of menus to suit every taste bud.

As for the negative aspects, I only have one minor issue to mention. Finding a beach umbrella was a bit of a challenge for me, but the Hotel staff quickly addressed my needs.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Gina and Kenneth. The food at the restaurant was delicious and accommodated dietary restrictions. The location was surrounded by beautiful nature and had miles of trails to explore.

Finding the hotel was a bit difficult due to incorrect GPS coordinates. The cabins, although well-maintained, were a bit older.
