I loved the unique design, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and relaxing pools! The volcano view was spectacular and the hammocks were a nice touch.

Not being able to do laundry was such a bummer. Who needs clean clothes anyway?

I stayed at a beautiful hotel with a pool, restaurant, and bar. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions. Parking was free and the WiFi worked well.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a view of the volcano from the pools. the thermal baths were nice, although we were surprised to find them crowded as they were open to the public. the cabins were clean and comfortable, and despite some concerns about potential wildlife entering through the roof, we had no issues. the breakfast was satisfactory, and we enjoyed relaxing in the pools after a long day. the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the price was reasonable for the quality.

We loved the hot pools, delicious breakfast, and the spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano. The staff was super nice and accommodating, making us feel like family. The huts had an outrageous view, and we even saw two toucans in the garden. It was a great place for young families like ours.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the staff, especially Michael and Diana, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. the thermal pools were clean and so relaxing, and I loved having them to myself some nights. the location, while a bit outside of town, was actually perfect for me as it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. the huts had an amazing view of the volcano and the sound of running water and jungle animals in the morning was incredibly soothing. I would highly recommend Termales Del Arenal for a top-rated stay!

This place was mind-blowing! The glamping huts were super clean and had hot showers. We practically had the thermal pools to ourselves, it felt so private. The view of the volcano was jaw-dropping, right in front of the resort. The staff was friendly and helped us book excursions. Breakfast was delicious and the cocktails at the bar were on point! We loved chilling in the hammocks and the free wi-fi was a bonus. Definitely recommend for a relaxing and unique stay!

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful resort tucked away in nature. the staff, particularly Jose and Javier, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. the hot springs and hammocks provided a relaxing and soothing experience, with a stunning view of the Arenal Volcano. the sound of running water and jungle animals added to the peaceful atmosphere. the pools were lovely and the landscaping exceptional. We couldn't be happier with our choice.
