The Harmony Hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering all the amenities that were offered. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the beautifully maintained lush gardens to the cozy rooms with their private patios in the back. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. Lastly, the breakfast included in our rate was a delicious and satisfying way to start each day.

I had the most incredible experience at this oceanfront hotel. The location was perfect, with surfboards available for guests and a chill and lovely security team. The restaurant and juice bar were both accommodating and delicious. I especially loved the outdoor yoga classes at the yoga shala. But what really made this place stand out was the exceptional customer service. The gentlemen at the front desk, Jeison and Marco, went above and beyond to arrange changes, provide tips on dining and fitness, and address all my specific needs and concerns. They were the friendliest and most competent staff I've ever encountered in my travels. I even ended up returning to Harmony after leaving for another hotel because I missed the impeccable customer service. Nothing compares to Harmony, and I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, allowing us to easily access the beautiful coastline whenever we wanted. We loved that we could walk to the beach in just moments, making it convenient for our family with kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a private deck and outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The service was attentive and the staff always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There were some issues with noise from other guests, particularly children, which disrupted our peace and quiet at times.

Loved the beautiful and well, designed rooms, perfect for relaxation. the pool area was stunning and just a few steps away from the beach. the location was key, providing a serene atmosphere away from the madness of the city. Enjoyed the spa services, especially the massages, which were incredibly rejuvenating.

the staff was aloof and unfriendly. the food and drinks were overpriced and not of good quality.
