The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of the main street. Plus, the rooms are spacious and clean, with a private bathroom that has hot water and even an outdoor shower for a unique experience. The hotel also provides fans for cooling on the upper floors, ensuring a comfortable stay even without air conditioning. And for breakfast, there's the option to enjoy a delicious meal at a nearby soda, included in the package.

The journey to the hotel was quite challenging due to road works and a long boat ride. It would have been better if we had been informed about this beforehand.

We had an amazing stay at this cute B&B. José, the host, made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even washing our coffee mugs for us. the spacious room and bathroom were well-maintained and clean, and we even had a lovely ocean view from the veranda. the breakfast option was great, with a $5 voucher to a nearby restaurant that allowed us to choose anything we wanted. Would highly recommend this place!

José, the owner, gives a delicious welcome drink to all guests. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. The guides for tours are friendly. The location is near the beach and in a quiet area. The hotel has beautiful Caribbean style decoration.

I had a wonderful time at a cozy lodge close to the beach and not far from the main road in Tortuguero. The room was clean and comfortable, and the landlady was incredibly nice and even gave me a goodbye gift. Breakfast at the waterfront restaurant was delicious. Definitely recommend staying here. I had a great experience at this lodge and would stay here again.

Nothing all good

We had a fantastic stay in a lovely hotel just a few steps away from the beach. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The spacious bedroom had two or three beds, perfect for families with kids. The windows had mosquito nets and the noise from other guests was minimal. Although breakfast wasn't included, the hotel had a partnership with a nearby restaurant that provided excellent service. We enjoyed the refreshing welcome drink and the beautiful view of the ocean from our window. Fresh coffee was also available all day.

There were some tour operators in the area who were overly pushy and tried to sell us tours forcefully.

I had a fantastic experience at Cabinas Tortuguero Natural. The location was great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the National Park. The room was clean, comfortable, and had multiple fans to keep cool in the heat. The staff, especially the host Jose, were friendly, helpful, and provided delicious welcome drinks. Great value for money with clean, comfortable rooms and free coffee, tea, and water all day. The location was excellent, close to the beach and away from the city center, making it peaceful at night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us a departing gift.

The beach was great and it was easy to find a spot to be on your own. the room had a spacious bathroom and a big fan that kept us cool during the hot nights. Being close to town was really helpful, it's only a short walk to find some snacks and drinks.

The walls were so thin you could hear everything that was going on outside and inside the cabins. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep.
