Great location nestled in the mountains with beautiful views. the lodge offers a cozy and rustic atmosphere. the complimentary coffee and tea in the restaurant was a nice touch. the hosts were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was quite expensive and we ended up not eating there. the standard bungalows were not well-insulated and had lots of cracks and openings, resulting in a cold night with lots of bugs.

We got great value for our money at Toucanet Lodge. The room was spacious, clean, and bright with a private balcony that had stunning views of the mountains. The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature. The staff were warm and friendly, and they spoke English which was very helpful.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

Stayed at a lodge in the beautiful mountains of a coffee plantation valley. Loved the clean and well-run establishment. Had a great experience with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the meals with fantastic views and cozy setting. the lodge offered modern amenities like a chimney fire and a bathtub jacuzzi. Highly recommended for a few days' stay for hiking and coffee tours.

The location was quite isolated and would require a car to explore the area. Also, the drive to the lodge could be challenging, especially at night.

Christmas at this lodge was amazing! the breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys were absolutely stunning. We loved the opportunity to take stunning photographs of the hummingbirds, including the rare magenta throated, and seeing a mot mot eating papaya in the garden was a real treat. the restaurant had interesting and delicious options, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea. the absolute quiet at night made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The cold at night was a bit uncomfortable. We should have brought warmer clothes to stay cozy.
