The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the beach and directly next to a supermarket. You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, offering a variety of delicious food options.

One negative aspect is that there is no breakfast available at the hotel. However, there is a supermarket and a bakery located very close by, so you can easily find a place to grab a bite to eat in the morning.

I had an amazing surprise during my stay at Selina Santa Teresa South! The private room I stayed in was perfect, clean, and beautifully designed. The common bathroom was conveniently located nearby. The hotel itself is very pretty, and I loved that there was always coffee and water available at the co-work space. The swimming pool, although not large, was great for cooling down after a day at the beach. The location was also ideal, with Playa Carmen and Santa Teresa within walking distance, as well as restaurants, a supermarket, and ATM machines nearby. The staff, from Krizia at the front desk to Ernesto and his colleague, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even the cute local cat, Cachete, added to the charm of the place. The vibe of the hotel was great, with friendly and chilled out staff. the location was perfect, close to the beach and ATMs. I also really enjoyed the variety of classes offered, especially the kickboxing and boxing classes at the nearby gym.

It was also uncomfortable not having privacy for the toilet in the room. the lack of social activities in the common area was a letdown, and the prices seemed to be quite high for what was offered.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The vibe was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and surfing schools. The room was cozy and clean, with a spacious terrace that had hammocks, a table, and chairs. The pool was also a nice touch and the parking spaces were convenient. the relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
