The hotel was conveniently located close to the main road, which made it easy to get around. the pool was also a nice touch and we loved taking a swim before starting our day.

the staff seemed overwhelmed and did not provide the friendly and attentive service we were expecting. it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.

This place is located in a peaceful area, set back in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay here enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and immaculate, and the breakfast served is really good, especially the rice and beans. Compared to other hotels in Costa Rica, it was one of the worst during our stay.

I would recommend Villa Los Candiles for its comfortable rooms and helpful staff, despite the disappointing breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Los Candiles. the hotel is small but offers comfortable rooms at a great price. the receptionist was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for dining options nearby. the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean with a nice shower. the hotel has good WiFi and a lovely breakfast. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a bar and restaurant on-site. the staff went above and beyond, even arranging a special breakfast for me due to my surgery. the hotel is beautiful, quiet, and provides a safe and secure environment.
