We loved our stay here. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had great facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool with a stunning view of the nearby volcano. The location in the beautiful grounds was perfect, close to downtown and surrounded by nature. It was also conveniently located near some great restaurants where we enjoyed delicious meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a great breakfast and assisting with transportation.

The cozy environment at Villa Tucan felt like being at my grandma's ranch house. Berenice went above and beyond helping us and providing recommendations. The cabin room was newish and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice refrigerator. The new pool they are building looks great. The parking was convenient and we loved the visits from chickens and dogs. The location was perfect, outside the noisy center of town but close enough for tours. The staff, especially Bernice, Warner, and Gladys, were fantastic and very helpful. We enjoyed the on-site wildlife and the nearby food place called Grandma's Spoon. a fantastic stay!

Villa Tucan was a great value for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of town and with a beautiful view of the volcano. The staff were accommodating and helpful, making our stay even better.

It's also close to downtown and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and stunning views. The staff, especially Berenice and her family, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The Wi-Fi was also a big plus, especially for a solo traveler like me who needed to work during my stay. a great choice for both families and solo travelers.

During our recent Christmas stay, we enjoyed two standout features of the hotel. First, the location was a key selling point. Situated just off the main road, it provided easy access to nearby mini marts, restaurants, and attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered a stunning view of the surrounding landscapes, including an unobstructed view of the volcano. This added an extra level of beauty to our stay. Moreover, the room itself was clean and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our experience. the thin walls between the rooms were a negative point as it made it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms, including the television.

The surroundings are beautiful and we spotted a lot of wildlife. Great location near restaurants and shops, and a short drive to Arenal National Park. The host helped with transportation and the rooms had everything we needed. Hidden gem!

The gardens and pool were beautiful. The location was quiet but still close to downtown.

The walls between cabins were too thin and it was noisy. The front entrance was under construction which made it difficult to find.

We loved the convenient parking right next to our room. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and the grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning, sipping coffee, and watching the hummingbirds. We also spotted toucans in the trees. It's a perfect spot for a peaceful stay near the center of town.
