The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff helpful. Room service is fast and efficient. The airport shuttle has wifi and takes you to the hotel in 20' in the evening depending on traffic. The gym on the last floor offers a great view on the lagune and has enough equipment for training. Security is ok compare to other hotels. The place is well located, accessibility of all types of transport. Fanta at the reception was really good in assisting. We could sense the professionalism in their way of addressing matters and treating issues. The right commercial behaviour in respect of the customers service relationship. Great location near a bank, pharmacy and great restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle was really good and had WiFi. Also a great gift shop!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the clean and recently refurbished rooms of this hotel. the breakfast provided was also very good. Additionally, the hotel's key location close to many offices in the city center was extremely convenient for me.

The hotel's surroundings were quite deserted in the evenings, with very little entertainment or activity after 7 pm. This resulted in a lack of vibrant atmosphere during my stay, which was disappointing.

The French lessons with the door boys were a fun and memorable experience. We felt welcomed and appreciated by the front desk staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant, I'Ambassadeur of Tiama, had a diverse and delicious menu. we had a wonderful stay at Tiama and would recommend it to others.

During my recent stay at Tiama, I was delighted with the convenient Plateau location, making it easy to explore the city and attend meetings. The amenities provided by this exquisite establishment are nothing short of luxurious. the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. the swimming pool is marvelous with the perfect temperature, clean and the sun loungers made for a perfect relaxation. the Spa centre offers a wide range of massage treatments which will rejuvenate and pamper you.

Although the food was delicious, the selection was limited, especially for those who prefer vegan or vegetarian options.
