I had a great stay at this residence. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by a lovely neighborhood. There were also grocery shops nearby, which was convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service was exceptional, with the manager Ante going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was stunning. I highly recommend this residence for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I did notice some ants in the bathroom, which was a bit of a nuisance.

We spent New Year's at a beautiful apartment with a lovely view of the ocean. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. We particularly enjoyed the free parking and daily cleaning service. Another great thing about the apartment was the comfortable beds and modern amenities.

Some noise from the nearby nightlife, but this is to be expected during a holiday season. the apartment was a bit small for our liking, but it was still cozy and had everything we needed.

Super staff, excellent breakfast with fresh juice, fruits, and specially prepared eggs served on rooftop terrace. Good location near beach, restaurants, and 15-minute walk to old town. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Alba in Split. The accommodation was exceptional and finished to an extremely high standard. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the balcony with its table, chairs, and loungers. The air conditioning was a bonus, especially during the hot weather. The breakfast served on the penthouse terrace overlooking the Adriatic was delicious and provided a great start to our day. The location was perfect, with the beach and tennis club, local shops, and nice restaurants within easy reach. The 15-minute walk into Split center was enjoyable, and we appreciated the convenience. The host, Ante, and his team were super friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to stay in the room until our late evening departure. We highly recommend Residence Alba and would definitely return.
