We had a fantastic experience at this place. The location was outstanding, right in the center of the old town within the old city walls. It was a real treat to wander the historic streets and soak in the bustling atmosphere near the harbor. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with spacious and newly renovated bedrooms that had quality linens and curtains. The bathroom was also spacious and equipped with Ritual products, thick towels, bathrobes, and slippers. We appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities in the room, as well as the little corner for a homecooked breakfast, which included a continental spread and choice of eggs and pancakes. The staff, especially the owner Helena, provided genuine care and exceptional service throughout our stay. They even surprised me with a birthday card and chocolates! Helena's restaurant and day trip recommendations were spot-on, and her team went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

Parking in the area can be a bit of a challenge.

We had an amazing stay right at the heart of the old town. The location of this hotel is superb, being just off the promenade and within the historic palace walls. It couldn't be more central! The room we stayed in was sparkling clean and well-equipped, with beautiful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was much needed after a long journey. The staff at this hotel were simply incredible. They were always helpful, friendly, and had a constant smile on their faces. We felt well taken care of during our entire stay. The breakfast provided was exactly what we expected and we highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Split and it was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the bell tower, and the staff treated us like royalty. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Diocletian's palace.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more gluten-free options available.

We arrived at the hotel early and were graciously offered a seat on the lovely terrace while our bags were taken care of. Coffee, juice, and treats were served. They even provided a detailed map with marked sights to explore. Our bags were waiting for us in a gorgeous room when we returned. I highly recommend this hotel for their incredible welcome and exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It's located inside the old city walls, so we were right in the heart of everything, but it was still so nice and quiet. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The room was great, with all the amenities we could have wanted, including a mini-bar and a terrace. We loved the restaurant and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of healthy choices. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was a little hard to reach due to its location within the old town. the amount of light coming through the windows at night may be bothersome for those who prefer a dark room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location could not have been more perfect - right near the harbour and just off the promenade. It was bustling with activity, and we were just steps away from the cathedral, which provided a stunning view from our room.
