Superb location on a flat street in the Old Town. Historically interesting and well-appointed units. Different apartments, so check for stairs if needed. Change in management, but issues resolved quickly. Good kitchen and modern bathroom. Great air-conditioning. Would stay again!

We got amazing value for our money at Apartments Martecchini. The room was cozy and cute, perfect for us two girls. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. The staff, especially Petra, were friendly and helpful.
