The owner of Apartments & Rooms Petra was incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain everything about the city, gave us great recommendations on where to go and how to get there. She even went above and beyond by offering to call a taxi for us on our last day. It truly felt like a home away from home. The room and building were clean, new, and nicely decorated. Being situated in a quiet area allowed for a peaceful evening rest.

Amazing host, speaks many languages, welcoming and kind. Clean, renovated rooms with private terraces. Area has restaurants, pubs, markets, and a beautiful beach within walking distance. Private parking available, safe neighborhood.

The hotel's location to the center of the city is great, not far from Zadar old town. The outdoor seating area is lovely, perfect for enjoying breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our host at Apartments & Rooms Petra was incredibly welcoming and child-friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, even taking care of our 10-month-old so we could unload our luggage. The studio we booked had a garden view, but to our surprise, we could also see the sea from our balcony. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and the city center easily accessible by bus. The owner also provided us with beach towels and an umbrella. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Apartments & Rooms Petra.

The room may have been small, but it made up for it with a lovely balcony and view. The location was not far from the center, making it convenient to explore the old town.

The welcome drink and the supply of maps and information about the area were really nice. the owner was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the safe parking on the premises.

The hotel was a bit out of the way, about 5km from the city center. Although there was public transportation available, it would have been more convenient to be closer to the main attractions.

I had an amazing stay at Apartments & Rooms Petra! The landlady Ileana was extremely nice and gave me all the information I needed to explore the city. My room was clean and lovely, with a balcony where I enjoyed my breakfast. The apartment was also equipped with a small kitchenette and a fridge, which was very convenient. I was impressed by the secure private parking and the free Wi-Fi. I even had access to beach towels and beach accessories! The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a short bus or bike ride to the old town. I highly recommend Apartments & Rooms Petra for a wonderful stay in Zadar.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming place with a friendly atmosphere. Our host, Ileana, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like we were staying with a dear friend. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a nice big balcony and a powerful shower. The breakfast was amazing, with a rose waiting for me on my birthday.
