We had a wonderful stay at Kolovare Beach Apartments & Rooms. the host, Nina, was incredibly warm and helpful, providing us with valuable tips and recommendations. the modern and newly restored studios were exceptionally clean and well-designed. We loved the comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and fully-equipped kitchens. the location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk from the beautiful Kolovare Beach and a 5-minute walk to the city center. the availability of parking space in the yard made it convenient for us to explore the area by car.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic. It was right on the edge of the old town, making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach, perfect for relaxation. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive. They provided helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the city, ensuring that I had a great experience. Lastly, my room was wonderful. It had a balcony with a sea view, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. it was a great value for money with attention to detail, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay at Apartments & Rooms Kolovare Beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city and a fun bar by the water. The studio was spacious enough for my needs and I appreciated having a parking space in a safe area. The hostess, Zrinka, was incredibly helpful and gave me great tips on where to go and what to see. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Zadar.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities such as a washing machine and ironing table. there were no extra bed sheets or toiletries provided which made our stay uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the beach just a stone's throw away and the old town within walking distance. Additionally, being close to the hospital provides a sense of security and convenience.

The apartment building itself appears to be quite old and run down, which doesn't match the newly renovated interior of the rooms.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a short walk from the beach and the old town. We loved being able to have a quick swim before heading to breakfast in the old town. The room itself was really nice and clean, with all the basic amenities we needed. It was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped it was. The parking situation was also great, with a convenient spot in the backyard under the shade. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
