The balcony and view from Apartments Sv.Jakov were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot for a scenic breakfast and drinks at sunset. The location of the apartment was ideal, just a short walk to the amazing old town and two great beaches. The host went above and beyond, even doing our laundry for us. Despite a few small drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect couples getaway.

The perfect location, just a short and scenic walk to the Ploce gate with stunning views. Comfortable and clean 2 room apartment with a breathtaking balcony view. Wonderful host Jana, who is friendly, helpful and respects your privacy. Easy and convenient airport pickup and transfer service. Close proximity to minimarkets for convenience. Ideal for day trips to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro, with tour companies picking up from nearby hotels. Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and complimentary drinks and jams in the fridge. High price/performance rate for a dream-like stay in Dubrovnik.

Fantastic View and Conveniently Located

We spent our New Year at a great apartment with a fantastic view overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean. It was conveniently positioned near the downtown area and took us only a few minutes to walk to the main spots. We particularly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the place.

The furniture could do with modernization in both the bedroom and the bathroom. the bed was less comfortable than would be expected.

The apartment has a wonderful location, just a short walk away from the city center and stunning views of the sea. The balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast or a drink while taking in the scenic surroundings. The host is friendly and helpful, providing tips on restaurants and even storing our bags on departure day.

There is loud music from a nearby hotel at night, although thankfully it doesn't last too long.

The location is fantastic, being very close to the old town. It is also conveniently located near the beaches, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. the apartment has a private balcony with breathtaking views of the sea. It even has a fully equipped kitchen and complimentary drinks in the fridge.

Finding the apartment building can be a bit tricky as there are no signs. A small sign would be helpful for guests to easily locate the correct door.

We had an amazing stay at Sv.Jakov! the host was incredibly kind and made sure we felt safe and enjoyed our time in the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. the attention to detail in the charming decoration was much appreciated. the view of the city and the sea from the location was breathtaking, and the evenings were peaceful and quiet. it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful for the great stay!
