The apartment had incredible views of the beach and a private access to a secluded beach area, which was very convenient. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making our stay more comfortable by arranging a boat rental and a boat trip to the caves.

That the hotel only accepted cash as payment, which was unexpected. It would have been better if we had been informed beforehand, as it would have been more convenient to pay by card.

The view from the terrace at Apartments Villa Marcelina was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed our private waterfront access and spent many hours swimming and relaxing on the sun chairs. The area was quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of traffic. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket within walking distance. The Spanish fortress nearby was a beautiful attraction that we enjoyed exploring. our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the occasional walk to town for dining and entertainment.

While the apartment was clean and modern, I personally wouldn't book it again at that price because it lacked the convenience of a hotel, such as included breakfast. We also did experience some issues, like the kitchen not working initially and having to wait for it to be fixed.

We had a great experience at Villa Marcelina in Hvar. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to Hvar town in just 15 minutes, but away from the noise. We loved the private swimming area and the stunning views from our balcony. The kitchen being outside was a cute touch, and we enjoyed having our meals while watching boats pass by. The owners were friendly and generous, and we even booked a fantastic private boat tour with Milan, which was the highlight of our trip. If you want to escape the loud nightlife of downtown Hvar, this is the perfect place to stay.

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay. 😊
