Felt right at home, nothing was too much trouble.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms and common areas being spotless. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful view of the sea from my private balcony. The location was perfect, just steps away from the old town. After climbing the stairs back up from the old town, it was such a relief to be able to dip into this peaceful hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering me a welcome beer upon check-in and providing me with all the information I needed to explore the city. The breakfast each morning was delicious and satisfying.

the location was perfect - situated up the hill from the town, it offered stunning views of the Adriatic and Fort Lawrence below. Secondly, the service from the staff was exceptional. The owners, Milo and Ivo, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel like part of their family. They provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. Additionally, the attention to detail in the hotel was outstanding. From the clean and modern rooms with balconies, to the comfortable and spacious beds, everything was just perfect. Finally, the breakfast each morning was a real treat - a delicious spread of food to start the day off right.

Amazing find!!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Milo, the perfect host, sorted a lost bag for us in minutes with the airport. The location is ideal, only a 10-minute walk to the old town. Matthew, who was working here during our stay, was amazing. Plus, the free beer when we arrived was a great touch. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I'll recommend this hotel.

Located very close to the city center, Villa Klaic offers easy access to the old town of Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The service provided by Milo and his family is exceptional; they are welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered is varied and delicious, ensuring guests start their day off right. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony and relax by the pool area.

The only minor inconvenience is the need to climb a number of steps to reach the villa, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Friendly owner always available, small pool & terrace for relaxation, conveniently located near old town, comfortable rooms with air con, enjoyable breakfast with a view.

Almost perfect.

Great service, clean room, and beautiful location. the breakfast was a good start to the day and the daily tidying of the room was appreciated. the place was also a convenient location to explore the local area and the sea view from the balcony was stunning. Had a great time at the pool too!

We had a few issues with the staff. They were not very accommodating to our requests and were always in a hurry for us to leave.
