I recently stayed at the charming Bed & Breakfast Helena for a short 1-night trip to visit Plitvice National Park. The room was nicely maintained and located in a beautiful building with flower boxes on the balconies. Having the bathroom to ourselves was a bonus. The breakfast provided was more than adequate and there were options for dinner nearby. The location was ideal, just a short 15-minute drive to the park. I had a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

The place itself seemed older and had a bit of a musty smell, which could have been improved with better ventilation. Additionally, breakfast was not included, which was disappointing.

We enjoyed the quietness of the area and the beautiful surroundings that were perfect for a romantic escape. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the fact that the host provided us with helpful tips to make the most of our time in the area.

the room was quite small and did not offer enough space for us to comfortably move around. the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep during the hot summer nights.

We had an amazing weekend at this lovely B&B. the owner, Djurdjina, was extremely helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the free bicycle rentals, as we were able to explore the surrounding area easily. the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and everything was kept clean. we highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience.
